Acceptance of Agreement

These limited rights shall be automatically and immediately revoked upon any termination of this Agreement. Any other uses, including without limitation the incorporation of advertising into or the placement of advertising associated with or targeted towards the RSS Content, are strictly prohibited. Indemnity

The provisions of this Agreement shall ensure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, Majerslife.ca and its respective successors and assigns and related persons, including without limitation Majerslife.ca Inc., and you and your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, permitted assigns, and personal representatives. You may not assign this Agreement or your rights and obligations under this Agreement without the express prior written consent of Majerslife.ca, which may be withheld in Majerslife.ca's sole discretion. The parties have expressly requested and required that this Agreement and all other related documents be drawn up in the English language. The mortgage rates being shown by this system are based on the information supplied by third-party suppliers datafeed. All rates are subject to verification by our suppliers. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate in order to avoid delay or denial of coverage.

In the event that there are any discrepancies between the rates being provided by this system and the rates established by our suppliers based on the same information, the rates established by our suppliers shall govern. The benefits and services provided through this comparison system are subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of the applicable agreement(s) governing them.
